When will my order ship?

Although we aim to keep as many of our products in stock as possible, much of our racewear is custom-made to your specifications by our team of specialist machinists and your order may require additional alterations before it's ready to be dispatched.

Bespoke made-to-measure suits and personalised items (e.g. name badges) are more likely to take longer to ship than standard sizes of suits and non-personalised items.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 15 business days of receiving payment for an order. At busier times of the year our timescales may extend due to volume of work.  We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any delays by contacting you.

Shipping charges and time estimates

Lille Racewear currently offers a simple flat-fee delivery service in each of the three regions we ship to (UK, EU and Rest of World).

We carefully choose our shipping partners to ensure safe and quick delivery of your racewear. However, we cannot always guarantee the delivery time for an order - please be aware of this when considering the time estimates below.

Customs, tax and restrictions

For orders delivered to countries outside of the United Kingdom, the following terms apply.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Regulations and Restrictions

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United Kingdom) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
